Elizabeth Lowdell
Director & founder of Caring With Kindness
Welcome to Caring With Kindness!
My name is Elizabeth Lowdell. I am the director and founder of Caring With Kindness. I have many years experience, both in my full-time work and voluntary roles, of working within the care industry. My specialities are individuals who have an acquired brain injury, cognitive issues or have dementia.
I am extremely passionate about what I do, pay attention to detail and feel I am able to relate to and connect with people from all walks of life. No matter what their difficulties are, I try to find a way to communicate and build a rapport.
I started Caring with Kindness in 2023 and my intention is to keep the company small – focussing on quality of care, not quantity of clients.
I intend to ensure clients have continuity of care – this includes having regular staff and regular timings for visits.
I also intend to remain very ‘hands on’ and continue to work in the community and directly with all the clients on my books. I obviously cannot do this alone, so I have recruited a small team of fantastic care professionals. These individuals have been carefully chosen and are mature, experienced, hardworking and very caring individuals. Myself and my team all have an up to date DBS certificate.
